Sausalito Capital’s consumer products platform is led by Lunar Labs, our in-house incubator focused on developing and scaling beverage brands. We build each concept from the ground up, controlling everything from product development to distribution.

Eclipse Water is our flagship brand, offering premium California spring water in sleek, refillable aluminum bottles that embody our commitment to sustainability and design. We are currently developing a sparkling water line in custom glass bottles, a freshly squeezed juice brand, as well as a ready-to-drink cold brew brand focused on bold flavor and elevated design. Each brand is built in-house with long-term scalability, visual identity, and cultural relevance at the forefront.

We leverage distribution through our High Flying Foods locations and our national partnership with Sysco, enabling immediate access to foodservice and airport channels. Lunar Labs Espresso Bar is also underway at San Diego International Airport, designed to showcase the full portfolio in a high-traffic, permanent location.
